Coming Soon: “Classic Eats”
“An ode to the legacy restaurants we hold dear in our hearts”

Classic Eats is a love letter, a trail map, and an ode, to the storied and beloved, legacy, multigenerational, supper clubs, diners, neighborhood bakeries, butcher shops, custard stands, and grand dames of dining.
These great spots from around the country have endured for decades. Classic Eats with Kyle Johnson Cherek will share the stories of why they are so dear to our hearts, why they have captured our imaginations and appetites for so long, and why they so often peak the hopes of preservation for generations to come.
From the less-traveled roads to the storied dining rooms in our major cities, Classic Eats will celebrate and preserve the stories of this delicious culture and cuisine.
